I imagine you could use this for something similar except for gaming you'll want to be switched physically of course, so I'd consider looking into something more like synergy since it physically switched devices over a lan. ![]() Using Linux workspace switching, I put one teamviewer controlled machine desktop on one workspace, and the other on another workspace and just switch between them all from one machine. However, I'm using teamviewer to switch between all computer desktops on the same monitor. I have used synergy in the past, a neat little program that connects computers seamlessly over a lan via their separate monitors and allows you to drag your cursor to the other machine with the same keyboard and mouse and control it, as opposed to a physical switch but synergy isn't free anymore. However, I've grown tired of switching manually and learned more about software switching over a lan which is pretty sweet. As it relates to usb, it has one up front it shares between devices but I imagine you could plug in a usb hub into it for more devices. (at least for phsyical switching) Only thing it doesn't have is 2 display outputs for dual monitors. I had a KVM dilemma to sort out the last few months and managed to find this one best for my needs. Thanks so much in advance, I appreciate any assistance or recommendations.
